Gloam is licensed for personal, non-commercial, household viewing. This policy sets out what you may and may not do with the service. It is referenced by, and forms part of, the Terms of Service.
The short version: watch what you like, in your own home, on the devices you own. Do not resell, rebroadcast, scrape, or otherwise turn Gloam into someone else’s product or input.
Watch the channels, films, and series available in your region on any device you own or control within your household.
Create the household profiles offered by your plan, for the people who live with you.
Use the player, search, favourites, and editorial guides for your own viewing.
Cancel at any time, and export or delete your data as described in the Privacy policy.
Share your account credentials outside your household, or sell, resell, lease, or otherwise transfer access to the service.
Redistribute, rebroadcast, retransmit, mirror, scrape, or commercially exploit any feed, channel, schedule, or metadata within the service.
Bypass geographic, plan, or feature restrictions, or use the service in a jurisdiction where it is not offered.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the player or any underlying stream, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Use the service to infringe the intellectual property rights of any broadcaster, rights-holder, or third party.
Use the service in connection with any unlawful activity, or to harass, defame, or harm any person.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at security@gloam.tv if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may limit the number of concurrent streams per account in line with your plan. Circumventing that limit is a breach of this policy.
You may install the Gloam application on the devices you own. You may not run the service on shared, commercial, or public-viewing hardware, or in any setting where entry is charged.
Automated access, including bots, scripts, scrapers, or any non-human client, is not permitted except for the assistive technologies used by viewers with disabilities.
We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches this policy, without refund, where the breach is serious or repeated. For minor breaches we will normally warn the account holder first and give a reasonable opportunity to remedy.
Where we suspect unlawful activity, we may preserve and disclose information to the relevant authorities as required by law.
Substantive changes are published here, dated, and announced by email to active subscribers thirty days before they take effect.
